When is the LLNL annual evaluation going to be released?
There were indications that it was scheduled to be posted weeks ago, but it never showed up from NNSA. One suggestion for the delay was that LANL lawyers had filed some type of protest and that had delayed all of the reports from being released. If correct, that is so true to form for LANL to screw over the entire NWC yet again.

Bechtel is up to no good. Read the book mentioned a few posts ago regarding
Bechtel. They have loads of friends in high places.
I am convinced that RFCs, contracts, evaluations, hearing are all formalities. Bechtel
succeeds even when it fails. Politicians are bought.
Explain why anyone would try to become a "politician" except in hopes to be bought? Even Trump will be bought, because he can't afford the general election.
Trump's Junk in 2016!
"Formalities" yah think? Who do you think authored the lion's share of the LLNS "evaluation", the NNSA LFO or LLNS the contractor?
