It will be interesting to see how this lawsuit against LANS plays out in Court now that this LLC is no longer contracted to manage LANL, and is in the process of dissolution. Perhaps the Court will order a temporary injunction on the distribution of LANS assets/profits to its LLC members.
The LLC is already dissolved. That occurred yesterday.
