So with Omicron raging, the labs should take some action before going full onsite work next week. Since this version of Covid breaks through the vaccine we should put some measures in to place which (1) a negative test before being allowed onsite. (2) 5-10 days before coming onsite if they where in contract or near anyone who showed systems. (3) Simply keep the labs at reduced capacity for a 10 days and than do mandatory testing. I know many of my colleagues are very concerned about about returning onsite after a year and a half of being at home.

Ha, if they did that how many people would regret they got vaxed?

I already feel quite thafe. No need for a VSIP. Omicron is going to get you one way or another anyway.
