A LLNL superintendent, that cheats on his blind wife with a nearby an eagerly available, “admin”, an apparently untouchable DEI hired supervisor, that on LLNL tax payer recruitment trips, seeks out college students for his own pleasure, and a low emotional IQ superintendent, that leads to a tech suicide that continues to advance?
What a management dream team we have here. Not. Time for a major DOE/NNSA audit of LLNL sanctioned practices, or expect more of the same behavior to continue. What is the plan forward to disincentivize these tax payer supported unethical behaviors? There aren’t any. Your LLNL tax dollars at work.

Pushing the envelope at the Lab doesn’t just apply to innovation, it applies to unethical behavior.
Once one person gets away with it without consequence, it becomes an accepted, condoned, and protected baseline for the next swinging d_ck with bragging rights.
Go ahead, and say this didn’t happen.
At llnl - engineering they actually financially reward unethical behavior, then flaunt it. Even giving out a bonus for this behavior.
Speaking of travel It’s always the same folks going to trade shows or tours of other facilities. Anyone at DOE awake?
“Failing upward” disgustingly, on your tax payer dollar.
Young women hired at LLNL, are NOT a hunk of meat for their male LLNL recruiters. Does this make sense to you Director Kimberly Susan Budil? Or will you look the other way?
And when newly hired young women in Tech complain about harassment they are walked out the door. Raise any questions about this and you will be dealt with accordingly.
Once you get a management “ticket to the show” promotion, you are immune to any misconduct penalty at LLNL, especially DEI promotions.
I agree that management seem to be immune but what do you have against DEI?
Are you against Diversity? Equity? Inclusion?
You seem to be falling for the MAGA denigration of DEI.
Strange someone that got a his ticket through Equity and Inclusion has created a mess below him where exclusion has been ramped up in the past 3-4 years along with equity. Let’s just start with during the pandemic who had to work and who was able to stay home but was still able to work a side job. It’s like the guy who got covid 10 times and painted 12 houses on the side. Who got a 10 or 15% retention bonus and who got nothing but inflation. Kim’s explanation of that was sickening to put it lightly.
Court or LLNL Staff Relations ordered non-disclosure “hush” money, only goes so far, regarding LLNL manager predator behavior protection.
LLNS “OWNS” these swinging d_cks management misconduct issues, but will they ever be made accountable for them?
“Accountability for them?”
No, the Liberal Arts majors at the NNSA Field Offices are puppy dogs on their Contractor’s leash.
Superintendent Bill, and Admin Marcy’s, clearances were untouched. All good in LLNL good old boy world.
Good old boy Bill’s Lab approved behavior, did pave the way for Randy’s subsequent behavior. Yes? No honor here, just more of the same, at the female Lab workers expense.
Within 24 hours, DOE/NNSA could easily confirm, these LLNL management female “meat market”like, ugly predator LLNL sanctioned behaviors, if they wanted to.
LLNS and the locally complicit NNSA Field Office, OWN the management conduct at LLNL. Very sad how the LLNL mission has been tarnished under the current “leadership”. We can do better.
In engineering it’s the predators and yes men idiots running the asylum
Many within LLNS Management, didn’t have the smarts to advance with engineering breakthroughs, so they instead, decided to align themselves with the LLNS for profit LLC, for their respective advancements at the expense of engineering folks trying to push the envelope. Wow.
So at LLNL managed by LLNS since 2007, what consequences do supervisor, division leader, or above males, ever face for obvious misconduct?
The only way you will see any change in this situation is a class action lawsuit against the contractor and individuals. Similar to what the older folks that were laid off during the transition had to do.

True, but in my opinion, the best step to prevent LLNS from making self-serving decisions in the first place, is to cut off NNSA/tax payer lawsuit funding and court related fees.
There is currently NO material disincentive for self-serving contractor behavior, when they know it is VERY likely they won’t have to foot the bill.
“When they know it is very likely they won’t have to foot the bill”
True while NNSA should deduct that cost from the contractors profits. The only way to change the decisions made by certain individuals committing this criminal activity it to hold them personally responsible and not to have LLNS pay their legal bills.
Start going after that million dollar Livermore homes equity, that Million dollar 401K or that future Pension payment.. that should change some peoples behavior.
