We need to reduce the NNSA staff to the level that DOE-SAN had when I first came to the Lab in the early 1980s--a handful of clueless bureaucrats who were happy to have a cushy job and didn't get in the way of real science.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5936951073896589340.post-79497937815998253532009-05-16T08:49:00.000-07:002009-05-16T08:49:00.000-07:00Since it has alcohol in it that might be considere...Since it has alcohol in it that might be considered hazardous, I'm surprised that:

1. Fines will be levied, congress will hold hearings. Bechtel will lose bonus money and then figures it would be cheaper to let people get sick or die.

And the sad thing is that imagined scenario is plausible.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5936951073896589340.post-60492746171595300682009-05-15T20:54:00.000-07:002009-05-15T20:54:00.000-07:00hand sanitizers? is that all there is going on at ...hand sanitizers? is that all there is going on at the lab these days? what a mess!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5936951073896589340.post-5405761862004904262009-05-15T19:52:00.000-07:002009-05-15T19:52:00.000-07:00Purell contains 62% ethyl alcohol... does alcohol ...Purell contains 62% ethyl alcohol... does alcohol go bad?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5936951073896589340.post-27361162076963998562009-05-15T12:15:00.000-07:002009-05-15T12:15:00.000-07:00Yes there is a reason.
