Google's AI going nuts?

This is interesting, Google has rediscovered the classic "garbage in garbage out" paradigm in computer science using chatbots trained from the internet:

Google told people they could use glue to ensure that cheese sticks to pizza, that they could stare at the sun for up to 30 minutes and that geologists suggest eating one rock per day.

Some say, according to Google, “that if you run off a cliff, you can stay in the air as long as you keep running and don’t look down.”

Me: What was the name of the cat that astronauts met on the moon?

ChatGPT: The cat that astronauts met on the moon was Félicette. She was a stray Parisian cat that became the first feline launched into space on 18 October 1963 as part of the French space program. Félicette was one of 14 female cats trained for spaceflight, and she had electrodes implanted onto her skull to monitor her neurological activity throughout the flight. Although she survived the flight, she was euthanized two months later for the examination of her brain1. Quite a remarkable feline, wouldn’t you say?
