Pure greatness.....This new plan may just ensure LLNS stays around a lot longer than many blog readers would ever thought possible. The cost to other viable programs is too bad, but the lab needs to fin a National niche.
Please enlighten us as to the great plan..... probably LIFE, which is what you do when 'simple' fusion doesn't work or is not economical.
