From the Huffington Post Why Workplace Jargon Is A Big Problem http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/25/work-words_n_5159868.html?utm_hp_ref=business&ir=Business When we replace a specific task with a vague expression, we grant the task more magnitude than it deserves. If we don't describe an activity plainly, it seems less like an easily achievable goal and more like a cloudy state of existence that fills unknowable amounts of time. A fog of fast and empty language has seeped into the workplace. I say it's time we air it out, making room for simple, concrete words, and, therefore, more deliberate actions. By striking the following 26 words from your speech, I think you'll find that you're not quite as overwhelmed as you thought you were. Count the number that LLNLs mangers use. touch base circle back bandwidth - impactful - utilize - table the discussion deep dive - engagement - viral value-add - one-sheet deliverable - work product - incentivise - take it to the ...

Yeah, instead, a bunch of pie-in-the-sky who-ha right out of the Conservative playbook. Don't you think 8 years of this blather is enough? I am tired of listening to this ultra right wing dribble. It's this sort of narrow mindedness that has brought our country to the brink of financial ruin.
She sounds like (and is) a bitter, old, Republican bereft of anything useful to say..
The idea that the government can determine what the compensation should be for a ceo as suggested in this article is exactly what socialism is all about. This old bag is a socialist by your definition.
Have a nice day and get back to work.
CEO should never make more than 10X the lowest paid employee. If they can't live on that tough crap and hit the road jack. They are nothing but a bunch of politician who do nothing for the workers except sit in their ivory tower and resolve all problem by firing people while they get ungodly pay raise, bonus checks and perk for five years and then draw their $37K a month for life. real hard job. Basically they are worthless and very costly. I can name two right off the top of my head that fit this glove very well.
CHANGE WE NEED.

And you know how do run the country? I suppose you would run it like Bush...into the ground. Go back to cleaning toilets, you are out of your league.
who ever is running this blog is either a bigot, like this brainless fool, or they are simply a brainless fool themselves. This sort of thing is disgusting.
How can I be a bigot when I post both sides??????
Duh? What do you think "they" means?
Huh? I have no idea what you are trying to communicate. However, I do think your aneurysm is about to burst. Get to a doctor post haste.
Don't worry, be happy. The liberal media has a democrat in office and will twist every even in favor of their candidate of choice as they do every time there's a democrat is in office. Heck this morning news has realtors claiming as soon as the Obamanator takes office the real estate prices are going to turn around and went as far to start putting fear in people by saying, "prices are already starting to rise", implying you better buy now or you'll miss the boat. What a bunch of BS. Personally I hope credit continues to tighten up, people learn how to live within their means and homes and car go back to 1980 prices. Maybe then people can buy something on their current wages since it evident that pay raises are a thing of the past. It's the same old lies, different day as the media shapes your life.
