I read the article twice. It complained about the Air Force and their recent problems, but no where in this article did I see the word incompetent used at all, let alone pointing it to New Mexico folks. The article questions Tom Udall's support for the B61 extension saying that his support was to keep 200 jobs.
I bit on the bait but it's all old anti-nuclear views that haven't altered in my lifetime - that anything nuclear is bad.
