Bechtel omission of LLNL
Bechtel doesn't even list LLNL on its Facility & Operations website, it does however list UPF, Y-12, LANL, Pantex, and Kwajalein.
Perhaps Bechtel is being honest for once. According to folks I've talked to the Bechtel boys have left that area of carpetbagging having proven that out sourcing and delaying needed maintenance was not really the best way to save money in the long run.
