Send it to New Mexico.
Yes, to WIPP. Reauthorize for Pu metal. It is the only rational solution. Except of course the real solution, which is reprocessing for nuclear fuel. Thank you Jimmy Carter.
New Mexico will take it along with the millions for jobs. Perhaps we should start shutting places down that will not take the bad with the good.

How about this: We move more nuclear wast to New Mexico, the extra people for this work could
be hired directly from the refugees from Mexico, we would pay them less but it would be a good job, have the sign some waivers that they cannot sue due to safety. Win, win..win.
They get a good job and are safer than their home countries, we will pay less money than having to move it elsewhere.
If Nevada's politicians had any idea of just how much Plutonium is stored at the NNSS they would stroke out! Above ground, illegally buried underground, etc. This entire ordeal is nothing more than a method for the NV Dems to score some political points while Sec. Perry laughs in the corner over their complete ingorance of the facts!
Secretary Perry knows some facts? Who would have guessed?

"...illegally buried underground..."??? You mean it was CONTAINED, as required by law and treaty.
