Perry is incompetent!
If Perry is incompetent he joins the majority of the people who have held that post.

This began in 2013, so perhaps you want to blame Ernie Moniz. After all, he was pretty distracted with the effort to create a false legacy for Obama with Iran.
HOw does Perry have anything to do with this? The waste started shipping way back in 2013. Perry is so far removed from the daily grind that he's just a figurehead. This is an ORNL/Y-12 problem.
