I see the EU is going to tackle a problem that is akin to a pimple on the backside of mankind. The country Turkmenistan has a total population of 5.6 million. The capital city of Beijing in China has 21.5 million. China is supposedly building 2 coal powered power plants per week. Rather than going after a country they (and the U.S.) can't control, let's go for a third world country who will have their infrastructure upgraded by the purse of others.
I think we should send in John Kerry, Greta Thunberg and a herd of Hollywood elites to have a photo shoot next to an upgraded plant. And they should all come in via separate private jets just to prove their elite status. And it would be great if the U.S. taxpayer funded their flights.
