This is our DOE secretary?

Watch FOX News Bret Baier ask serious questions and the secretary struggles answering

It is an 11-minute video.

Starting around 3'25", Baier shows his interview of Wright in November 2025 and asked hiin how things worked out.

I cannot understand an educated  grown up can fear telling the truth.

We do our job as best as we can within certain limits. Wright is here for another 24 months (if the Mafia boss doesn't fire him).
We, the labs, will still be here...
May be?

Wright is 10 times better than some of the other people we have had in that position.

Hazel O'Leary (1993–1997): Served under President Clinton. She faced heavy media and congressional scrutiny for lavish international travel expenses, management controversies, and an ethics probe regarding alleged trade-offs for charity donations.

Steven Chu (2009–2013): Served under President Obama. While respected as a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, Chu drew sharp political backlash over the Solyndra scandal—the bankruptcy of a solar panel manufacturer that had received a massive half-billion-dollar federal loan guarantee.

Bill Richardson

Rick Perry

John Herrginton

Spencer Abraham

Fedrica Pena

The very worst of all time was

James B. Edwards.

You must be a MAGA head!
Wright's high degree of sycophantism with the criminal in the white house overshadows anything else he has accomplished. He is just like all other cabinet members who pledge their allegiance to trump, instead of the Constitution!!

It's been 9 months since the first interview. Wright was lying then and lying now. He knows the administration is stuck in a rut and hasn't delivered for the American people. Ashamed to have him as our secretary of energy!
