Spooky.

This IP shows up as belonging to the CIA's IT Procurement office. Very interesting, however it's probably meaningless. It just some guy using one one of the open systems there who was surfing the web.

There is nothing spooky to see here. Remember that the CIA can't do domestic surveillance and if they really wanted to monitor this blog you wouldn't know they had been watching.

Spooky? I think not. Maybe someone at the CIA was trying to find out from the blog how things are going at LLNL since they can't get any honest answers from LLNS-LLC management.

No body cares about what's going on at LLNL and certainly no one is coming to the LLNL blog for vital and up to date information. LLNL and everyone associated with it knows in the near future most all activities at LLNL will be unclassified and certainly no more interesting than what's happening in the private world where they actually make a product for sale. LLNL will NEVER be of any value again to the nation and NIF certainly will find itself out of business a few years after operation due to shot cost, maintenance and repairs. That being said my advise to anyone near retirement is hang in their as long as you can but for those who have decades to go before being eligible for social security, I'd say use this time to find a better place for long term employment elsewhere.
