When this first came out in the blog, it was noted that crookes were involved. Guess this case settled who they were.
not me. I think I said the Lab would ordinarily settle out of court to minimize financial exposure and expense and the fact that they were going to trial suggested that they had a strong case. If you have kept copies of that thread go back and check. I rest my case.
The amubulance-chasing business must be really slow for the lawyers to take this case.
