I heard Bret Knapp is the outright leader with his magnanimous personality, courage, overall handsome good looks, technical prowess, great customer skills, knowledge of Washington, great people skills, and the way he has single-handedly brought LANS together.
The President of LLNS, LLC is also the Director of LLNL. So George Miller is the answer. Presumably the analogy holds and Charlie McMillan is President of LANS, LLC. On the corporate side they are the chief executive officer, whether they hold "CEO" as a title.
