Recipe for disaster, if you care about your career and your family. No "act on it" advice can ever result in anything good. The good advice is just get out. Now. No need to suffer one more day. Just get the hell out of the toxic environment, because you can't fix it.

There's only one problem with the GAO. It's the Government. Both the GAO and DOE-IG are worthless organizations. Nothing ever becomes of their reports they write other than end up in a land fill or in fireplaces.
