This article does not, in fact, explore lessons learned by Australia regarding nuclear security. Rather, it is an opinion piece that decries the approach that Australia is taking and proposes something different.
It's not a bad article, just not at all what the posting advertises.
Does the person who submits these articles even read them? This is the second of two that I have read that were completely different than their summaries.
