subsequent investigations and not have serious questions about the
effectiveness of management and oversight at Los Alamos National

Hey, this could have been written about any number of events in the last two or three years. Any time now the NNSA scores for the contract should be out and will see if there is an extension. Also the NMED fines may come this week. Stay tuned for breaking news!
