This LLNS whistleblower case makes 3 in recent years against Bechtel and URS, DOE Contractors, the others being the Hanford Site and LANL.
Maybe this guy will remain fired this time. A basic looser.
Don't say that, you might get the AXE next ! It just takes a management change, loss of mentors, program shutdown, funding cut (I'm thinking LIFE and NIF), or other weirdness. Every lab employee needs whistleblower protection ! But I guess we are screwed no matter what.
