It's hard to sleep at night, when you nap during the day LLNL.
The lab wants to kill you by stressing you out, in order to shorten your lifespan to reduce pension obligations, but they also want to avoid potential legal problems from this kind of abuse by covering themselves with all sorts of sleep and wellness videos and free pamphlets. The left hand tries to drown you by holding your head under water, while the right hand feebly tries to save you... but not really...
