What is going on with the Sandia and Nevada Test Site contract bids?
I have heard that Sandia will be announced very soon and that the Test Site do-over announcement is delayed until August? Anybody actually know?s

The rumors are that Sandia will be announced in mid-December. The NNSS procurement has restarted, with revised proposals due December 12. The solicitation states that contract award will be made by March 1, 2017. Of course, all of this is subject to what happens after the transition.
