White House Orders End Of ‘Un-American’ Racial Sensitivity Training At Federal Agencies
I heard that this order actually came about due the recent events at Sandia. The issue that I am puzzled about is if this actually would still effect Sandia since I do not thing they are actually a Federally run facility.

Does that mean they are going to get rid of this training at Sandia? Can Sandia say, do not tell us how to run our place, if we want to go full SJW than that is our decision, or does the DOE say nope our money, do not spend it on this junk.

Not on government property they can't. If they want to have this type of training and it isn't supported by the DOE, it will have to be off government property and off government hours of operation.
Look who cares. Trump is a lame duck anyway, he can cancel the training for what a month and a half at most. Once he is gone the training starts up again in November. The better questions is if this type training will really start to get intense under Biden and Harris.
We have to face facts that this training is going to stay or even expand. I can imagine there will be more mandatory training for certain groups. Maybe the level of training you will have to take will have "racial" or "ethnic" gradient as certain groups will nee more than others, so none at all. We need to make a set of racial laws about how much CRT training you need based on your race. I know this seems a bit complex but it has been done in the past so we should be able to do this as well.
You are wrong. The contractors can conduct whatever contractor-specific training they want if it is funded by the contractor. The contractor "rents" all of the facility space.

Not correct. Space at Sandia is not "rented" by the prime contractor. Any space paid for by government funds (not fee) or provided for use by the government cannot be used. I have been in the position to manage just this sort of corporate event. Unless the DOE specifically sanctions the event via contract, it cannot occur in a government facility. Go ahead and try if you don't believe me.... and why does it matter. If you believe in it so strongly, go rent some space in ABQ. Problem you have is your employees will tire of your pseudo-science.

That is my sense as well. I think the Trump directive only effects things that are directly run by the Feds. Since so much is contracted out it may not effect all that many places in the end and is just a symbolic gesture.
You should be specific about whom you are replying to, otherwise it just comes off as meaningless ranting.
