Were Pfizer's 2020 Covid-19 clinical trials compromised?

Moderator' note:

2 links were provided in this post by its contributor.

I removed one of them because it is from an Indian propaganda channel.

The other one is from a Doctor.

Jullian how do you know it is a "Indian propaganda channel. " Whenever I come across some information I just read it and make a judgment for myself. Now maybe you read it and figured it was garbage. The issue is maybe you read it and and it made sense but since you have been told it is a propaganda channel you rejected it.

Here is some basic questions.

How do you know something is a a propaganda channel? Is Fox news a propaganda channel? I would claim that CNN is now much propaganda channel than Fox news. I came to that conclusion from watching it and my prior's knowledge of propaganda. The problem is who says something is propaganda or not. We are not starting to see merger between state and news when you look at CNN, Google, Facebook, NYT, MSNBC and NPR, they seem to have a clear agenda but claim they do not. Fox traditionally started with a conservative bent but has always had pundits from left and right including centrists, they same is true today. Places like MSNBC and CNN seem to have only far left people at this point. The other issue is that I do not see Fox news out and out lying. Now NYT, CNN, MSNBC are now deliberately saying things that are false, adding no context, leaving out information, or never reporting certain stories. At that point they are now propaganda. CNN at some point was pushing for Fox news to be removed from the airwaves. These same media are also allaying attacking any alternative media such as bloggers, youtube channels, and independent media.

Anyone who has been following alternative media knows that in the last 4 years there has been a complete blood bath with major social media such as youtube banning or demonizing huge amounts of this media but allowing far left sites up. Again this is now deliberate. Covid has now been used as another way to get rid of any media that the MSM does not like with claims of "false information", or fake news. The problem is that I know something about science and epidemic model so I understand that much of what people have been speculating about lockdowns, vaccines, natural immunity, herd immunity, treatment such as ivermectin and so are not actually "false information" but probabilistic speculation. We simply have no idea if other approaches to Covid, would have been better, or made no difference. In fact much what we are doing is also just educated guesses and if you happen to know anyone who studies epidemics will tell you this

If you do not believe me just looks the plots of Covid predictions in April or May of 2000 and compare how they actually turned out. None of those models turned out to be accurate, with gross overestimates, underestimates and single peaks and so on. You can than look at the models in Jan 2021, and compare to now, still wrong. The claim is we have to control information to save lives but the reality we really do not know if that is true or not when it comes to Covid. The other issue is that much of this clamp down on information is not about saving lives but

As I said I think you simply have to make the decision on your own if think something is propaganda or not. I do not like the idea of someone saying "well other people say this about it". If you have researched it and thought about it yourself is your call.

These reports only involve a small amount of the clinical trial data (1000 patients versus 44000 involved in the trial overall). Obviously the removal of these questionable data would not impact the overall study results in a material way.

Too rational and factual for this blog.

The stuff in the link seems pretty weak to me. The Pfizer is probably the best one but most of these vaccines use the same approach for targeting the spike protein so I think if you count all the trials for the all different versions of the vaccine it is pretty solid.

The bigger story is the vaccines do not seem to last all that long and we will be getting boosters for some time now. The question is will enough people get the boosters or will they just say forget it. You could argue that only the elderly or vulnerable should get boosters and just let Covid run its course with the rest of the population. The other problem would be if the virus mutates to work around the vaccine. I think you could get a mutant that gets around the vaccine but it would probably harder to spread since the spike protein is the best way to get into cells. The mutation would than have to be a way for it to spread without the spike which would hard or to change the spike and most changes to the spike would probably make it less effective to get into cells as the current spike seems about as optimal as you can get right now.

We may have to face it that Covid is here to stay. We learn to live with it or we just keep the lockdowns going fowever.

Ah no, the whistleblower in this situation was swiftly fired. To argue this was an isolated occurrence is premature. What is ćlear is the whistleblower firing has been telegraphed to other Pfizer contractor employees that may have also witnessed comparable vaccine trial problems.

Plutonium Shots on NIF.

Tri-Valley Cares needs to be on this if they aren't already. We need to make sure that NNSA and LLNL does not make good on promises to pursue such stupid ideas as doing Plutonium experiments on NIF. The stupidity arises from the fact that a huge population is placed at risk in the short and long term. Why do this kind of experiment in a heavily populated area? Only a moron would push that kind of imbecile area. Do it somewhere else in the god forsaken hills of Los Alamos. Why should the communities in the Bay Area be subjected to such increased risk just because the lab's NIF has failed twice and is trying the Hail Mary pass of doing an SNM experiment just to justify their existence? Those Laser EoS techniques and the people analyzing the raw data are all just BAD anyways. You know what comes next after they do the experiment. They'll figure out that they need larger samples. More risk for the local population. Stop this imbecilic pursuit. They wan...

Trump is to gut the labs.

The budget has a 20% decrease to DOE office of science, 20% cut to NIH. NASA also gets a cut. This will  have a huge negative effect on the lab. Crazy, juts crazy. He also wants to cut NEA and PBS, this may not seem like  a big deal but they get very little money and do great things.

LLNL un-diversity

Actual post from Dec. 15 from one of the streams. This is a real topic. As far as promoting women and minorities even if their qualifications are not as good as the white male scientists, I am all for it. We need diversity at the lab and if that is what it takes, so be it.  Quit your whining. Look around the lab, what do you see? White male geezers. How many African Americans do you see at the lab? Virtually none. LLNL is one of the MOST undiverse places you will see. Face it folks, LLNL is an institution of white male privilege and they don't want to give up their privileged positions. California, a state of majority Hispanics has the "crown jewel" LLNL nestled in the middle of it with very FEW Hispanics at all!
