Are aliens watching us, dunno. The NSA, FBI and possibly the CIA, yes, but aliens? Of course we do suspect that aliens lock their doors as they fly by the earth, you can never be too cautious.

Well it is good to see that Ukraine beat Russia in 10 days last in Feb 2022, Putin is long dead as his own people rose up to take him out and the entire world turned their backs on Russia. I will keep getting my news from smart people on twitter who went to college and are super educated!!! I listen to NPR so I must know what I am talking about.
Space exploration is a waste. Why don't we invest in fighting disease, famines and the threat of self-annihilation? Who cares who is watching us? If it is true, there will be deniers. If not true, there will be those who will believe it anyway. That is the era we are in!
Your lack of intellectual curiosity is disappointing. Space exploration plus all you recommend can be done at the same time. What about space exploration frightens or disturbs you?

I hope they are watching us, and able and willing to step in when we get too crazy and stupid, which is pretty soon.

Who cares who is watching us? If it is true, there will be deniers. If not true, there will be those who will believe it anyway. That is the era we are in!
