Why should it be a joke because it is Poland? If Ukraine had kept it's nukes rather than returning them to Russia, Putin might have had second thoughts on invasion. Poland looks at NATO and sees a paper tiger and hears the current administration telling Europe to start picking up the tab and to stop thinking that the United States is their sugar daddy with a fat wallet. Perhaps Poland is seeing that the All for One and One for All paradigm is not something that can be counted upon.
