Secrets held by LLNL appointees?

Some time ago, division leader Karl, appointed his successor division leader Joe. Appointed, meaning no interviews or challengers to this position were permitted. Within division leader Joes watch, one of his married tech supervisors was allegedly accused of having a romantic affair with a female NM tech that he “recruited”. A clear LLNL and Q clearance violation. Appointed division leader Joes response…was no response to this UC/LLNL misconduct. Got to wonder if the New York Times is looking into this carefully held secret like the Cesar Chavez news?

Unless there is some political point why would the NYT care about this? The NYT times has an agenda, unless this is relevant to that agenda they do not care.

“Unless there is some political point why would the NYT care about this?”

The “political point” is the recent NYT Cesar story, and the LLNL dude I think was referenced, were both DEI protected for many, many, many, years.

The political point for Cesar Chavez is that recently it was being pointed out by the right how anti illegal immigration he was. In the old days it was the republicans that wanted more immigrants as they would drive down the wages for native farm workers. In many ways democrats were against illegal immigration until the last 20 years. DEI has really nothing to do with it. No one cares what anyone does if they are on your side. If Chavez had been pro immigration (1) The story would have never come out (2) It would come out but people would not care. Chavez could have been anybody. For example John Fetterman is now considered evil and incapacitated by the left, but 4 years ago it was the right that considered him that.

Modern media is pretty simple do not overthink it.

“No one cares what anyone does if they are on your side.”

And if your LLNL subordinate daughter or son to the DEI anointed swinging D, tells your kid to shut the F_ _k up or face being fired, what “side” are you on at that point?

When KNOWING, senior LLNL management virtue signal and protect too hard, they can unintentionally create a DEI sexual predator, that believes he is immune from any workplace consequences. Result? His subordinates are open to workplace manipulation and harassment.

If even one, impacted former LLNL employee or LLNL subcontractor employee, confirms this UC/LLNL DEI advancing supervisor’s open loop misconduct, I think others impacted in the same time frame, will pile on and root out any past LLNL DEI protected misconduct.
