The logic is to lay off all people who make wages that can support life from paycheck to paycheck and ten hire all new labor that live two to three families per household. You know the type. So you can bank on the next requirement for all LLNS managers is to be bi or tri-lingual. This "transition" is only around the corner on a universal time line. The first place to look for this is in all of your support services. Can't wait until they give me that 1-800 number for HR, Medical, Plant Wiz-tags, Cafeteria, Finance, Travel, or maybe Computer Desktop Support. No need to look at the professional ranks, they've been invading LLNS for decades. Most live in a special building where they can be closely monitored. That's the only logical thing LLNL has done with them since I've been here. There is however way to many on the lose and been talking their native tong on site, which as far as I'm concerned should be a security violation / infraction. The future of LLNL is again all about money and global economic. Are you getting the picture yet.
If LLNL was smart they put a camera, live microphone and a GPS transponder in that new smart chip that's to be in the new DOE badges that are about to come, especially on all foreign national and visitors. Oh I forgot this is a for profit organization now and we need that foreign national business / income to survive as a nation. That's sad.
