The same cast of Keystone Cops (Barton, DeGette, ....) that have been chasing after DOE, NNSA, LLNS, and LANS for years.
Chu comes across as like a "con artist" in his testimony. He's making a mockery of the Nobel Prize.
It's amazing to me that Dr. Chu hasn't been fired from his post at DOE. He's mishandled things horribly during his term.
