More on the B-61 budget
When Congress does not believe the NNSA budget numbers, this is what happens. Maybe the new Administrator can get some control over the budget process and run it tightly. With the Labs going direct to Congress for add on after add on, the only surprise is that the budget is not even more out of control.

The gold-plated B-61 budget is headed for big trouble. In this current budgetary environment, there is no way Congress is going to spend this carelessly on all the dubious B-61 refurb bells & whistles.
