How does managemnet think they can get away with this? Chili cookoffs at taxpayer expense.
I'm from New Mexico. We don't eat chili. Only chile.
Please take Timothy Shepodd away from SNL. He's done way too many nonsense projects here.

Some of the ideas he's supported at LDRD decisions in SNL were ridiculous!
