As the recent IG report shows, not much has improved at LANL since the below quote was published. How many more problems must come to light before real change is forced by Congress?

Vic Reis also said that privatization of the labs was a failure.
Vic was a smart guy, and he devoted a lot of personal effort to saving Livermore. I really hope that is understood by the present generation of weaponeers.
