Here is an article from another news site that gives a different view on the subject vs. what the New York Times posts. Interesting how the different sites can give different answers...
It should be pretty clear, based on past NYT/WP stories, that this is an effort on the part of the Administration to buttress its claim that any deal with Iran has been reviewed/blessed/endorsed by the DOE labs. And the labs are all too eager to be cited for such publicity.
Not unlike the previous week's stories about Moniz sitting there at the negotiations whizzing out the numbers in real-time.
No different than the Judy Miller stories for Iraq war/WMD justification by the Bush II administration.
Question is, though, is this a good deal in the long run?
