LANS will their "ignorant" customer (NNSA) pay for this puny fine. If NNSA is stupid enough to pay the $73,000,000 fine on the exploding drum surely they can pay $250,000.
I article implies that Los Alamos lost a piece of a weapon. Not documents, drawings, files, etc..., but classified hardware. Did I read this correctly ?
