At the UC Board of Regents meeting this week, the regents will hear demands from students at various UC campuses for Regent Norman Pattiz’s removal and vote on submitting a bid for the Los Alamos National Laboratory. A year ago, a recording surfaced of Pattiz asking to hold television writer and colleague Heather McDonald’s breasts, sparking outrage in the midst of the university’s ongoing efforts to address sexual harassment cases systemwide. Despite the backlash, Pattiz has retained his seat on the board

Asking to hold someone's breasts is not a crime. Creepy? Funny? But as A low down legal, insult to retaliate for harm to put a troublesome, mouthy tormentor down, it might be effective. Even clever. Cerstainly more legal than a slap in the face or a mugging. Perhaps a good responnse to unfair needling a journalistic mugging. Or a cheap shot a someones odd political views. Better than a gunshot, worse than a prayer. Was it to a woman or a man?;; Need to hear the tapes.

Is that you Norm Pattiz?

Pattiz, like Nanos, will remain until the stink becomes so strong that even UC notices.
