This could be TCP1 in a few years

The annual TCP1 funding letter from LANS shows that the amount of funding has fallen over the last three years in a row. It's now down to about 105% of sufficient funding. I suspect it is falling as more highly paid staff leave LANL for retirement on the TCP1 pension. I have to wonder if it will fall below 100% in funding over this next year with the contract transition and even more staff deciding to call it quits and retire.
