Bechtel is in charge? Let the games, er accidents, begin.
Two layers of liability protection, a self-defense LLC lizard tail, attached to a self-defense LLC lizard tail. Not so good for NM residents if a preventable accident occurs.
Egads. Bechtel/LANS was an experiment gone horribly wrong at LANL. DOE must be desperate or have short term memory problems.
