There is no good reason to allow Bechtel to rape and pillage another facility at taxpayer expense. They are professional, large-scale grifters who produce nothing but drama and destruction.
That would create jobs and add to GDP.

Companies in the world. They created misery in many countries. This is common knowledge. Just Google bechtel in Bolivia. Sure they can build cities in the desert like in Arabia but failed everywhere else!
