2. I hope some pretty good notes where made to refresh our abilities in this regard, 33 years puts a lot of rust on the hardware and brain cells.
3. This could give us a chance to see how good the NIF and the ASC programs have done in their predictions.
4. The folks in Vegas are sure to go to court on this one.

Good to know that Russia and China are testing nuclear weapons! I think there is some confusion on this tweet and what it actually means.
In any case I always presumed that if Russia or China did a test we would also do test regardless of who is in office.
