Good to know that Russia and China are testing nuclear weapons! I think there is some confusion on this tweet and what it actually means. In any case I always presumed that if Russia or China did a test we would also do test regardless of who is in office.
You can tell this is real because he ordered the incorrect agency to do it.
Initially he was going to order the Department of Education (DOE), but since it got DOGEd, he had to pivot to War. Everyone knows that NNSA doesn't exist.
