With all the foreign national scientists at LLNL and LANL should we be worried about the ICE abusing their powers to intimidate people?

So is everybody walking out of work on Tues to protest? What will that do? It is suppose to happen at 3pm? So lets do the math. How many people are on site at the labs, how many people who are onsite are even onsite at 3pm? I think you are taking 10s of people.
What will this accomplish? I cannot think of a more useless gesture.
Can someone please review what the concerns are about ICE intimidating scientists? What are the incidents that have occured and the prevalence of the intimidation or harassment that supposedly occurs?

A clear far left propaganda piece forwarded on this blog, sad that this LLNL blog has devolved to this point.
I'm wondering what this is about. I agree foreign scientists could face mistreatment in some cases. What makes this plausible is that Americans are often treated poorly as well. I am not sure how ICE in particular has been involved in that, it does not seem that anyone in particular can provide any set of concrete examples.
