This kind of reminded me of the Nazi's, for example Nietzsche and the film "Triumph of the Will". They were also environmentalists and believed in preserving culture, the same as this manifesto.
There is also an apocryphal story that Hitler was hypnotized in WWI which somehow was related to his later actions, the implication being that his ideology was implanted as a sort of hypnotic suggestion. This particular chatbot manifesto is reminiscent of that as well.
