NNSA report on LANL radiation leak?

NNSA report on LANL radiation leak?

Since the NNSA report on the multiple failures of the TA 55 security fence was made public, does anyone know when the report on the multiple failures of the LANSCE radiation safety controls will be released?

Probably the same guy who keeps complaining about double standards for his posts getting deleted. As far as I'm concerned, not only are the deletions justified, but google needs to give blogger IP block capabilities to permanently ban certain individuals.

Word is that there were over a dozen barriers, that more than 80% of them failed and the rest were ineffective.

Would expect to see parts of this report enlarged to poster size for Congressional hearings.

Wonder if the combination of this safety failure with the multiple cost, schedule and performance failures of the TA 55 security project rises to the level of a "show cause" letter to the contractor?

The report has been posted to the DOE HSS website under Type A investigations for quite a while now.
