damn thing is kinda heavy. remember steel-toed shoes and pinch points. maybe a work authorization plan and daily work planning.

probably can't find qualified workers, so the idea of a qa plan is mooted.

should probably practice detonation once or twice in a test area before attempting deployment.

Chinese military IT cyber-hacker team probably has a copy of the blueprints.
