Another IG report on LANL cyber security
After receiving lots of
previous negative audits over cyber issues you might think that LANL
could finally get it right. We should expect to see the entire complex
endure NNSA response to the report.

I take it this report was written before DOE HQ was hacked?
Probably written before the DOE HQ security disaster but release now to deflect from their short-comings at DOE HQ and allow them to continue to beat-up on their contractors.... which they love to do.
Heard coming out of DOE HQ:
" Incoming! Deflect, deflect, deflect.... Deploy the smoke and mirrors !!!!! "
