Does that mean That Tomas will have a bright future in politics? Hey he is Hispanic (according to some definitions). Tea party would love him. He would give Marco Rubio a run for his money. Plus Tomas has a much better rags-to-riches story though things seem to be rags-to-riches-to-whipping boy nowadays.
Hey, hey, hey. That ol' democrat doing what democrats do. Raise taxes, act out, look out for ol' No.1.
A little less hanky panky and a little more blood to the ol' grey matter might have prevented his current addlepation.
What would St. Pete do? Put her on her back. Not exactly a role model for kids... not the adulterer part, the senator part...
LLL smiles.
Doing the hanky-panky with the 20-something daughter of your Senate colleague when you are in your mid-40s isn't cool. Covering up the results of this tryst for over 35 years is even worse. Did he even pay child support? Sounds like he didn't because Domenici's family didn't find out about this event until very recently.
I'm very surprised to hear about this and the fact that Pete Domenici was one of the Republicans to call for Clinton's impeachment in the late 1990s smacks of hypocrisy on his part. Shame on you, Pete! I thought you were a better man than this.
* typical scoundrel politician
* moral failure
* integrity in hiding
* So long Pete! this is how we'll remember you!
Lots of unforgiving moral superiority here. That sort of thing is never honestly acquired. Might explain a lot about this entire blog...
(a) He screwed around with a girl much younger than himself and got her pregnant.
(b) He keep it secret from everyone including his family and never bothered to pay child support.
(c) He pointed fingers for "untruthfulness" at others who engaged in similar behavior like Bill Clinton.
It's not a matter of moral superiority and an unforgiving attitude. The guy showed very poor behavior with this event and nothing in the way of remorse. Not an ounce. Sadly, most of our politicians are the same in this respect.
