Big deal. The DOE Inspector General (IG) has absolutely no influence or power on anything. I use their reports for starting my fire in the winter.
IG findings of mismanagement or worse are passed to the Office of Enforcement for collection of fines and penalties against the contractor.
They are going to find mismanagement - and much worse - but I'm sure the managers will wiggle and lie, and then blame the staff for everything
It could be one exciting report if they include the video of the "girls gone wild" shooting off the big cannon.
