Tri-Valley Cares needs to be on this if they aren't already. We need to make sure that NNSA and LLNL does not make good on promises to pursue such stupid ideas as doing Plutonium experiments on NIF. The stupidity arises from the fact that a huge population is placed at risk in the short and long term. Why do this kind of experiment in a heavily populated area? Only a moron would push that kind of imbecile area. Do it somewhere else in the god forsaken hills of Los Alamos. Why should the communities in the Bay Area be subjected to such increased risk just because the lab's NIF has failed twice and is trying the Hail Mary pass of doing an SNM experiment just to justify their existence? Those Laser EoS techniques and the people analyzing the raw data are all just BAD anyways. You know what comes next after they do the experiment. They'll figure out that they need larger samples. Many people including myself avoid the Pl. Mall because of the large increase in crime including grab and run.
I do not believe the propaganda, it will hurt Livermore.
I am curious if it will help in other ways though, like housing values and traffic probably better traffic for Pleasanton.
As for NIF it can comfortably house 1000 migrants. And if they are all dog chipped they can be tracked in the facility

Your liberal screed aside, how about these facts: Mass shooting victims are a tiny percentage of shooting victims in the US, and the vast majority of all shooting victims are black, and are shot by blacks. You know, some claims can be checked before you post. Hint: Google.

I did not dispute those facts, I simply declared mass shootings to be irrelevant based on the factual statistics. I guess you didn't read, or couldn't really understand, my post. The fact that "mass shooters" are predominantly white is irrelevant if you are concerned about the number of shooting victims overall. Re-read my post. And then find some relevant argument to make. To repeat, mass shootings are statistically insignificant, most shooting victims are black, and most shooting victims are shot by blacks.

If mass shootings are insignificant by statistical standards and most are committed by black on black then why worry about BART being in Livermore? If you're not black then you got nothing to worry about. And while we are on the subject of statistics according to your logic or I should say your interpretation of the statistics you're still more likely to get killed by a white guy than a Jihadi Arab Islamofascist ( using the terminology from the mouth of your hero Rush so you can relate), however I don't see white guys being scrutinized in any way compared to Arabs or Muslims.
