That has Staff Relations written all over it. I could see the LLNLmanagement giving SR the order to retaliate against that whistleblower. Usually SR can get a witness to recant their story. Must have been some big threats in that case. Remeber LIvermore employees, the management is always right, and SR enforces that fact.
